Terms & Conditions.

Last Updated: August 18, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our website.

Welcome to Online Font Finder. By accessing onlinefontfinder.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Typographic Search & Match Disclaimers

Online Font Finder is a visual matching utility. The matching algorithms compute glyph characteristics and suggest typefaces based on similarity. We do not guarantee:

  • The matching results represent the exact typeface used in the original image.
  • The completeness of our font databases or character index mapping.
  • That matched free fonts are exact equivalents to matched commercial fonts.

The results are provided for informational and design lookup purposes only.

2. Font Licensing & Intellectual Property

Online Font Finder does not license, resell, or distribute font files (TTF, OTF, WOFF) directly:

  • All font files are the property of their respective creators, designers, or foundries.
  • Users are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate commercial or personal licenses before incorporating typefaces into websites, designs, or products.
  • Links to Google Fonts or third-party resellers (e.g. MyFonts, Adobe Fonts) are provided as navigational aids. We are not responsible for transactions or agreements executed on third-party sites.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Online Font Finder only for lawful design searches:

  • You must not attempt to scrape our database catalog metrics or reverse-engineer the client-side matching algorithms.
  • You must not execute automated scripts or bots to access or flood our interface.
  • You warrant that you possess the necessary rights and consents for any images or screenshots uploaded to our browser workspace.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Online Font Finder, its creators, or partners be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our matching tools, even if notified of such possibilities.
